An actor accused of drugging and raping a woman in his Florida home is now suing his accuser, saying the allegations cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars in business deals, the Saratota Herald-Tribune reports. Joseph S Arsenault says he was evicted from his home while in jail last year, and lost $700,000 in business contracts and $100,000 in bail.
Arsenault—who has appeared in movies like Orgazmo and Play it to the Bone—was arrested last year, but prosecutors dropped the charges in March. The actor admitted to doing cocaine with the woman, but insists the sex was consensual—and contrary to the woman’s allegations, tests didn’t detect any heroin in her system. (More rape stories.)
