Elizabeth Warren had said she wanted to see the complete report on the Russia election interference investigation before deciding whether to support impeachment proceedings. Now that she's seen Robert Mueller's full report, CNN reports, she's tweeted her decision. "The severity of this misconduct demands that elected officials in both parties set aside political considerations and do their constitutional duty," Warren posted. "That means the House should initiate impeachment proceedings against the President of the United States."

Another senator running for the Democratic presidential nomination, Amy Klobuchar, said earlier Friday that she first wants Mueller to testify before Congress. "I think you’ve seen all the senators are very cautious about talking about this because we would be the jury if there was any kind of an action brought over from the House," she said, per NBC. A spokeswoman for Nancy Pelosi, who has not backed removing President Trump through impeachment, said, "One step at a time"—the House speaker wants to get hold of the unredacted version of the report and other and hear Mueller's testimony next.
