The president-elect tweeted in the morning that he had canceled a meeting "with the failing @nytimes when the terms and conditions of the meeting were changed at the last moment. Not nice." The newspaper said it was Trump's camp that tried to change the terms, but either way, the meeting is now back on. "He will meet with our publisher off the record and that session will be followed by an on-the-record meeting with our journalists and editorial columnists," says a Times statement. On Monday, Donald Trump held an off-the-record meeting where he blasted TV networks for their coverage of him throughout the election.
