Jan Brewer: Trump Is Getting 'Waterboarded'

With Donald Trump taking some heat for using a policy speech in Gettysburg to promise to sue those accusing him of sexual assault, former Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer took to the airwaves of CNN (via Mediaite) on Sunday to proclaim his innocence, telling Jake Tapper that her candidate has "been waterboarded by these issues. It seems like it's been somewhat of a put-up oppression of Donald Trump from all of these people lining up. It's just been unbelievable. And anybody who's been under these kinds of assaults I think want to defend themselves." Brewer says Trump "tells it like it is." Elsewhere on the Sunday talk show dial, via the AP:

• RNC Chairman Reince Priebus isn't ceding the election, telling CBS' "Face the Nation" that voter fraud is not "some figment of people's imagination." He says Trump merely wants his supporters to "watch out for voter fraud that might occur."
• Trump aide Kellyanne Conway tells Fox News Sunday that she's counting on swing voters to carry key battleground states, adding that "we're not giving up. We know we can win this."
• Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook suggested the Clinton campaign won't stop at just the needed 270 electoral votes. Clinton is expanding her map because traditionally red states like Arizona are now in play. He said: "We're not running away with this. This race is going to be competitive up until the end."
