Defense proved to be key for the Badgers as they held the Buckeyes scoreless in the final 3:15, reports the AP. Wisconsin, winner of their last four games, now leads the Big Ten with two weeks remaining in the regular season. Jason Bohannon led the Badgers with 16 points and five rebounds. Jamar Butler, normally an everyday starter for the Buckeyes, began the game on the bench because of a “coach’s decision." Despite the non-start, Butler played a team-high 36 minutes and added 14 points, his season average. Ohio State has now lost four of their last six games.
