Another surprise celebrity wedding: This time around, it was Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka who said "I do" without the paparazzi catching on. "Guess what? @DavidBurtka and I got married over the weekend. In Italy. Yup, we put the 'n' and 'd' in 'husband,'" NPH tweeted today. They've been together for more than a decade, E! reports, and had twins in 2010. Their officiant: How I Met Your Mother producer and director Pam Fryman. Their reception performer: Elton John.
