Simon Cowell is dating Carmen Electra, he revealed to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show yesterday, but don't call her his girlfriend quite yet. "She's not my girlfriend. We're people who date," said the former American Idol judge. "She's adorable, isn't she?" Rumors about Cowell and the former Playboy model had swirled for weeks, the Huffington Post reports.
