LiLo Getting a New Sibling

Exciting news: Michael Lohan is procreating yet again. Yes, Lindsay's estranged father is bringing another little Lohan into the world, courtesy of on-again-off-again girlfriend/fiancée (and Jon Gosselin ex) Kate Major. Making this situation even classier than it already was: Major's restraining order against Lohan (whom she has accused of abuse and harassment) was just lifted a few weeks ago. So—as TMZ puts it—"the act of conception was illegal."

And the classiness doesn't end there: LiLo presumably learned of her new sibling through the gossip site, because sources say Lohan hadn't yet broken the news to any of his kids.
