Prince Harry, Chelsy Together Again

On-again, off-again … and again … and again couple Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy appear to be on again. Davy is back in Britain after a six-month trip to Africa, and the two were spotted reuniting at a cocktail bar. “It was like they had never split up. Harry and Chelsy were with a group of pals, but they only had eyes for each other,” an onlooker tells the Mirror. Friends say the royal romance will likely be officially back on in no time. Says one friend, “Most people had gone by the time they finally called it a night and headed home—together—in a blacked-out Jaguar at 4am on Sunday morning.” Click for more on their many ups and downs.
