Here are the winners: The Penis Tattoo (Crazy Crime)—A man wanted to get a yin - yang tattoo. His former friend and tattoo artist decided that a footlong penis tattoo would look a lot better. And charged him for it. Paul the Octopus (Animal Tale)—The World Cup's oracle octopus went all the way; his work done, he died not long after. Hope he saw that coming. Shortest Man for the Shortest Time (Record Breaker)—Edward Nino Hernandez stands just 27 inches tall. But his diminutive stature only gained him worldwide recognition for a month, when he was out-shorted by Khagendra Thapa Maga. Spray-On Clothes (Best Funny Product)—With waistlines expanding across the country, spray-on clothes seems like a terrible idea. Not so, said the DAFTAS.
