(Gage County) See 1 more photo An 18-year-old Nebraska mom jailed for duct-taping her 2-year-old son to a wall has regained custody of the boy. The toddler was in state custody while Jayla Hamm served her 10-day sentence for child abuse. Her boyfriend received a 3- to 5-year sentence for the abuse and an additional 12 to 24 months on firearms charges. Authorities say they are monitoring the home and prosecutors are investigating a separate case to determine whether she should continue to retain custody, ABC reports.
